Mike has particular expertise in the digital transformation space. He has experience in helping start-up companies with planning and creating clear objectives with the hiring of both contract and permanent technical staff, as well as being a prominent figure in supervising large scale projects for well recognised brands.

Outside of Sweep, Mike is an LTA Level 5 Performance Tennis Coach and a Yachtmaster.
